Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using RxBill.Pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

RxBill.Pk is a pharmacy management platform offering point-of-sale billing, inventory and batch management, purchasing, prescriptions, reporting and related tools, available in both cloud-connected and offline modes.

3. Accounts & eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and under any staff accounts you create.
  • You must be legally permitted to operate a pharmacy in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions & payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as selected.
  • The Offline Lifetime license is a one-time payment granting a perpetual license to the offline software, subject to these Terms.
  • Plan limits, such as the number of branches and staff accounts, are enforced by the platform.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

5. Free trial

The 14-day free trial provides full access to the selected plan's features. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge. When a trial ends, your data is retained while you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted while you decide.

6. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • You agree not to resell or sublicense the software without our written consent.
  • You agree not to use the platform to dispense medicines in breach of applicable law.

7. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you enter. We act as a data processor and will not use your business data for purposes outside providing and improving the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

8. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Offline mode is designed to keep core functions (billing and stock movements) working during connectivity issues.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. You remain responsible for the professional and regulatory decisions made in your pharmacy.

10. Suspension & termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have unpaid invoices, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
