Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to use it. It is the best way to be sure RxBill.Pk fits your pharmacy before any money changes hands.

2. Monthly subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Part-used months are not refunded, since the trial exists to prevent that situation.
  • If you were charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund that charge in full.

3. Yearly subscriptions

  • Within 14 days of your first yearly payment you may request a full refund.
  • After 14 days we refund the unused whole months, less any discount you received for paying yearly.
  • Renewals are refundable in full if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge.

4. Offline Lifetime license

The one-time Offline Lifetime license is refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been transferred to a third party. After that period the license is non-refundable, as it is a perpetual license you keep permanently.

5. When we cannot refund

  • Accounts terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service.
  • Charges older than 12 months.
  • Custom development, data migration or on-site training already delivered.

6. Service problems

If a fault on our side prevents you from using the platform for an extended period, contact us. We will either credit your account or refund the affected period. We would rather fix it fairly than argue about the policy.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@zonicode.com from the email address on your account, or call +923086000520. Tell us your pharmacy name and the charge concerned. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Your data after cancelling

Cancelling does not immediately delete anything. You can export your full pharmacy data at any time, and we retain it for a reasonable period in case you come back. You can ask us to delete it permanently whenever you want.
